Hey, I’m Felipe! I’m a product and project management professional with over a decade of experience, specializing in agile methodologies and strategic execution. With a degree in Production Engineering and certifications like CSPO, Microsoft MB910 and Lean Six Sigma – Green Belt, I’ve taken on roles ranging from Business Analyst to Product Manager and Scrum Master, helping teams transform ideas into impactful solutions. Currently, I lead more than 10 connected product initiatives at EDP, 6 squads and over 60 people managing and overseeing the entire product lifecycle — from ideation to value delivery.
I believe great products are built by strong, multidisciplinary teams united by a shared vision. That’s why I focus on fostering open communication, collaboration, and an environment where innovation thrives. Keeping teams aligned, removing roadblocks, and ensuring strategic execution is what drives me every day.
Now based in Montreal, Canada, I’m expanding my expertise with an International Business Management program while also learning French to immerse myself further in the local culture. Outside of work, you’ll likely find me running to recharge, spending time with friends, or diving into new experiences—because I love stepping out of my comfort zone and embracing fresh challenges!
